  2. 2Save a card. Stripe collects payment details but does not charge until your first team member’s mailbox is successfully connected and bootstrapped. No risk of paying for an onboarding that doesn’t land.
  3. 3Name your company + invite your team. Enter your company name, paste the email addresses of everyone who should get a seat. They receive a magic-link sign-up email that pre-binds them to your company. They click, sign in via Clerk, connect their mailbox in 90 seconds.
  4. 4First mailbox connects → billing starts. When the first team member finishes connecting, the agent runs the 90-day deep study, and your Stripe subscription activates at the seat count you chose. From there it’s monthly recurring.
